The location of Casa Gialla was a great spot to tour Taormina The place was very clean and well cared for and neatly appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. Maruen, who takes care of the property met us and exceeded our expectations. He was very helpful in helping us get settled in and answering any questions we had about the place and the city. The location is truly beautiful but remotie. There is a good bus service to Taormina but not so great in the opposite direction for evening meals etc. We caught a bus there (only 2 stops, not even 5 minutes) & a taxi back cost 20 Euro. There is no pavement on the road to the hotel & whilst we did take a walk out it was walking down the side of the road & you needed to be very aware of the traffic.Guest review byGemma - 10

Taormina is very well know, and one of the most beautiful places in the world that I know. The ability to see both Mount Etna, and the Straits of Messina, from virtually the same spot(s) at places in town make it breathtaking.
