I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The bakery, restaurant, and liquor shop on-site were absolute gems, offering a delightful array of delicious treats and beverages. The masala omelette was a particular standout, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The staff, especially Kalavati, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The tranquil ambiance of the property provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and the cozy rooms felt like a home away from home. Meeting the owners, who took the time to chat with guests during breakfast, was a special touch that showcased their genuine care for their guests' satisfaction. Overall, It’s a great place and I would definitely recommend this place. Whether you're looking for a serene retreat or a culinary adventure, this hotel has it all. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

The room was clean. The facilities were not prepared. I had to ask for towels, soap , dental kit etc. Drinking water was not available. Food was proposed to be sent from the market rather than cooked on location which put is off dinner It’s more a homestay rather than a resort

Good property with courteous staff. Nice and beautiful rooms. Tasty food. Good hospitality. I like the way the top most manager approaches to each and every guest out there just to confirm that they'rebeing taken care of. The check in was super smooth. Got the deal at a very reasonable rate. So it's value for money to me. Thanks to booking.com for giving a good deal. Their chef came to personally attend to my baby food requirement. The Waterpark is huge and kids loved it to the core. Overall they took really good care of us. I liked the property and I am revisiting it the coming weekend with my extended family. A good family resort in the heart of lonavala. Topnotch location, fantastic service, great amenities and what not. Definitely recommended 👌
