IrelandI rarely write reviews but this was one of the nicest stays ever! And I stayed in a good few hotels, including the 5-star Raddison in Dublin. While the location is not very central, there is a bus to the city centre right outside the hotel. What I loved the most - ALL the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and just genuinely nice. The room was quiet and very comfortable, the bed was huge xD The food was good, I had dinner in the hotel - Mediterranean salad, it was delicious. Lots of water available which is important to me. Cleanliness was good, and the hotel itself looks beautiful from the outside. Very chill vibes overall. I was impressed, for the price and a 3-star hotel, everything was above expectations. Cleaner, quieter and nicer looking than some 4-5 star hotels in Dublin.

The staff at the Hotel were outstanding, always warm, welcoming, and ready to assist. The large swimming pool was a great feature, offering a perfect place to unwind and go for a nice swim. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone.
I highly recommend staying here and hope to return sometime in the future.

The most stunning place I’ve been to! It felt like we were in a little fairytale village! The grounds are gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious with so much choice and in a beautiful room! The spa was pure bliss, so relaxing and cosy. My therapist Claire was exceptional, she went above and beyond! Thank you again.
The lady at reception (so sorry I can’t remember her name, she had blonde hair) was so friendly and made our experience even better, she also upgraded us for my sisters birthday which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special!
The on-site cafe was amazing, so handy to have whenever we fancied a hot drink and bite to eat. You never needed to leave the grounds as it had everything you could need.
It’s was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I can’t wait to come back!!!

This is a very under rated property. When we made bookings in Ireland for our trip, we had limited availability in this property, else we would have stayed the entire week in Kilkea Castle. The place is magical & very well kept. The staff were very friendly &, helpful. The rooms were really big & our 2yr old thoroughly enjoyed the garden access from our room ! Living in a castle was always a dream, but this places makes it an experience to cherish forever.

This is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant delicious and breakfast wonderful. The service and staff top notch! Attentive, considerate, above and beyond. Very quiet, super comfortable. Excellent location. Quiet grounds and near the main part of town. Loved no stairs and easy on-site parking.

Naas is pleasant pretty provincial town with race courses near by. Good shops and cafes. Bus services are good, eg to Dublin Airport, and the Naas - Sallins railway station takes passengers into Heuston Station in Dublin .

The Silken Thomas, besides helping us with some difficulties, is a great place to eat, followed by Harte's.
A MUST VISIT is The National Stud & Japanese Garden. You don't need to be big into horses or gardens to enjoy either.
We had a great Welsh Male Voice Choir Concert in The Cathedral on the Saturday night of our stay.

Newbridge is a beautiful town with good places to visit and relax. It's quite safe with friendly people out there. The whitewater shopping mall amongst others makes a visit to Newbridge super worthwhile.

It's perfect for a day with Family - i definitely recommend...
It's perfect for a day with Family - i definitely recommend the boat ride, which can take 1hour or privately 1,2 or 3 hours. Great for walks/ runs along the river. Playground for kids and park just next to the train station. I had a choice to go to Dublin in the morning with my7 year old to spend time there until the evening (travel back home) or stay in Athy - stayed in Athy and had a great time, the more that my hotel (Market House B&B) kindly agreed for us to keep suitcases in the room so we had 'hands free'.
The museum was not open yet but once it will be open it adds another attraction to the visit.

Gorgeous cottages, lovely setting, good access to restaurant in hotel. Cottages were clean and spacious - the only issue was we were not able to get the hot water immersion to work which was really disappointing

Great town, but if you stay here, location not great, ok for...
Great town, but if you stay here, location not great, ok for an overnight stay, but costly to take taxi to and from the place and hats if they can find it, I had written the Eircode down for the taxi man, it still took two calls to find the place, a better location description would help, I lived in the area many years, if Newhall was mentioned in the description I would have known it was way too far from the town.It is a work in progress, but has a long way to go to before taking guest bookings. Naas town itself is great, enjoyed the shopping, and coffee stops

Stopped at Tree House Sauna, amazing value fro money ad the views from the sauna were breathtaking!
