Staff are very welcoming. Nader at the frontdesk is friendly and courteous - he helped us understand how to navigate the bus to the city centre with ease. The hotel has a homely yet plush atmosphere. Breakfasts are delicious with options for all dietary requirements (vegans included). The most stunning place I’ve been to! It felt like we were in a little fairytale village! The grounds are gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious with so much choice and in a beautiful room! The spa was pure bliss, so relaxing and cosy. My therapist Claire was exceptional, she went above and beyond! Thank you again. The lady at reception (so sorry I can’t remember her name, she had blonde hair) was so friendly and made our experience even better, she also upgraded us for my sisters birthday which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special! The on-site cafe was amazing, so handy to have whenever we fancied a hot drink and bite to eat. You never needed to leave the grounds as it had everything you could need. It’s was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I can’t wait to come back!!!

Right from we arrived we had a great experience. Liam met us at the gates as the Women's Irish Open was on- he was jovial & chatty. Konstantina at reception was lovely, quickly checking all details & explaining a few things. Our room was lovely with a huge tv & a bath & shower in a good sized bathroom. We had our evening meal in Kathleen's Kitchen- a unique location...the old kitchen was great. The staff were lovely & helpful...the food, all 3 courses divine! We received a complimentary champers for our anniversary. Breakfast was also excellent back in Kathleen's Kitchen. We used the pool, jacuzzi & steam room in the spa. Despite the golf competition the atmosphere was relaxed & in fact we used our complimentary tickets to watch a bit & we went on the red & yellow walks around the grounds.

I liked the way the room was set up. It had a convenient writing desk, place to hang my clothes, and very comfortable bed. The heat in the room was perfect. The warm drying racks in the bathroom kept the towels dry and warm. The room was on the main level, so I could easily access it with my suitcases.

It's perfect for a day with Family - i definitely recommend the boat ride, which can take 1hour or privately 1,2 or 3 hours. Great for walks/ runs along the river. Playground for kids and park just next to the train station. I had a choice to go to Dublin in the morning with my7 year old to spend time there until the evening (travel back home) or stay in Athy - stayed in Athy and had a great time, the more that my hotel (Market House B&B) kindly agreed for us to keep suitcases in the room so we had 'hands free'. The museum was not open yet but once it will be open it adds another attraction to the visit.

Great town, but if you stay here, location not great, ok for an overnight stay, but costly to take taxi to and from the place and hats if they can find it, I had written the Eircode down for the taxi man, it still took two calls to find the place, a better location description would help, I lived in the area many years, if Newhall was mentioned in the description I would have known it was way too far from the town.It is a work in progress, but has a long way to go to before taking guest bookings. Naas town itself is great, enjoyed the shopping, and coffee stops
