We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The room was beautiful and sparking clean. We enjoyed the restaurant not only for the wonderful breakfast menu but also for the extensive variety on the lunch/dinner menu; local, Asian, Italian and American cuisines. Everything we tried was delicious. Best of all, the staff was amazing. Hendra and all of the kind people at the front desk took care of us and always called us by name. The massage therapists were so talented. Ilu and Armaa and everybody at Koko’s always greeted us with smiles and made meals there a bright spot in our day. Can’t wait to go back!

Spacious room, new AC, curtains block the sunlight very well, clean, no bad odour. The owner is an absolutely amazing lady, she loves to take best care of her guests, happy to help with whatever you needs are. We even got a complimentary welcome drink, a big bottle of drinking water, fruit and completely unexpected breakfast to the room! We enjoyed our stay a lot and even extended it.

Did book room for 170 000, cos of aircon, no aircon working, so.wanted refund, did get just 70 000, room was 70 000, so should be 90 000, room was disgusting, especially bathroom, so dirty, I just left place in night and found better, cannot believe somebody leave good review here, probably fake, stay away from this place

The surfcamp and the people there make you feel like at home. Very friendly, always ready to help and the best crew. The surf lessons + the video analysis are the best way to improve. One thing is how you feel out in the water and then how the reality in the videos is. So the videos + their comments totally help to improve your surfing. On top of that, they have a large variety of boards that definitely help to get better in your surfing. As I said, it was not a goodbye but a see you soon! Terima kasih! 🙏

I spent 8 days at Kelapa. I enjoyed each and every moment. Great location. Staff was impeccable (reception, restaurant, spa, gardeners, cleaners). It's a great place for couples, very romantic. But I would definitely recommend it also to solo travellers (as I was..), if you want to unplug, get away from stress and routing, being pampered, spend a few days relaxing with your favourite book. Special mention goes to Ardi the chef. The food was just amazing. I would also suggest participating in the various activities organized by the hotel. I really hope to go back! Thanks again for a great experience.
