Everything is great! The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

Environment is great! Staffs at the hotel are helpful and fast response even to un-expectations circumstances. BIG THANKS to Receptionist Mutirah ( I hope I write her name correct!) and all the males staff night shift on 31st Dec 2024 for their professional to keep me felt safe and preventing unfortunately event happened. They’re really a pro. STAFFs like them should be promoted! They’re such assets of the hotel! Thank you guys! Also thanks to staff receptionist Nur for gave us first impression of the warm welcoming when we just reached hotel. And gotta mentions the housekeeping services ( I forgot to ask for their names) two boys are very good at what they do. Thank you everyone. Much appreciate from me.

    The whole resort was much larger than I thought it would be, but did not feel overwhelming as it had so many nice little areas for relaxing and contemplation. VERY nice atmosphere, super calm, beautiful place. Highly recommend if you want to go somewhere and just chill and have some quiet time... They also offer water sports activities, tennis, garden board games, play areas etc, but it was never loud or busy. Just a nice calm retreat...

    Everything , we had a lovely night here as a family. We were pick up at the ferry terminal , checkin early . Guy help show us the amazing fish in the lagoon . Had a swim in pool. Had lovely Indonesian dinner inc vegetarian. Lovely breakfast and late check out . Room was plain inside but l suited the venue and we had nice view .

    Nearby Nongsa beach but the beach is not clean.. the villa house we stay is just nice for a group of 6. But the house seems not been occupied for long, as it smells once you enter, the floor also not so clean. The aircon is not cold

    The Mega Shopping Mall was great. New and Big. Nice restaurants inside. Good for those who love shopping. We ate in a nice restaurant with local food dishes. 1 Very Strong PLUS Point is that Batam Center is located just near the Ferry Terminal! That's why we chose here in the 1st place!

    Nongsa is a nice place to visit, I stayed at Turi Beach...

    Nongsa is a nice place to visit, I stayed at Turi Beach Resort. The only downside is the ferry terminal being inefficient and slow. We used a taxi and shuttle bus and stayed at the resort. If staying at a resort, check for a free shuttle bus first.

    For Harris Waterfront specifically. Its a distance away from the city area. So you may plan all your activities and shopping in a clustered area so you only have to travel from that place to your hotel.

    all the basic necessities need a revamp from toiletries, smelly towels ... old pillows stained bedsheets with pungent smell, toilet was not properly clean with stained n mold, they only issued 1 key card per room when there’s two adults in a room.
