Good place for people who, like us, were passing through waiting for another flight. Very efficient transfer service (very grateful to Davi and Panji, very kind and pleasant). There is also a scheduled transfer from the hotel to the airport that starts at 3am and it runs every hour. Breakfast starts at 2:30am, very practical for flights that leave early, good and varied food. The personnel is very friendly. Very clean.

everything. It was out of expectation. Our flight was delayed but staff was waiting outside to take us to the hotel. We left early at 4 o'clock the next morning and I was prepared to go without breakfast but then was told that breakfast started at 4 o'clock and typically would open 15 minutes ahead so I would have something to eat. This was such a surprise and I had never enjoyed this before. Breakfast was good and there were many choices. Room was clean and very quiet.

It was a wonderful experience. Staff very friendly and welcoming, very clean, hotel looks amazing, I am not a big fan of breakfast but in my opinion that choice was excellent. For me the location was very good, there is a small mall and lots of different cafes nearby. Definitely worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mambruk. We were looking for a relaxed place, driving distance from Jakarta, for me to recover from a long flight and jet lag. Mambruk offers a quiet accommodation setting, with beautiful lush gardens and walking grounds. The pool is long and wide, and the gym is well equipped - however, the cable weight machine needs replaced. The breakfast was one of the best and most complete I've ever had in any hotel in many years of trips. The staff is very friendly. The private beach and general area are well maintained, and offer spectacular views to Krakatoa and the Sumatra-Java straight. There are many restaurant options around. End of August is probably a good time to go, with what I would say is around 50% or less occupation. It's also driving distance to many other beaches around, like main Anyer, Carita, as well as hiking hills and waterfalls - which we decided not to do due to lack of time, but will be back for.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. The thought and gesture itself was so heart warming! Very friendly and attentive staff all throughout my stay - would definitely stay here every time I need to be in the area.

Excellent entry port to Indonesia, expedited, clean, spacious (no crowds), with good services. Importantly, there are hotels inside airport, one in Terminal 3 (international) and one in Terminal 2 (domestic) for short time to check-in counters. Staff are very helpful giving directions.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. When I called to say that I forgot to bring my contact lens at around 9 pm local time there, the staff managed to order one bottle for me online, have it delivered to the hotel and brought it up to my room personally. Kudos to him!!

We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the...

We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the hotel. They wanted to know where we were at the airport and there were no identifying door numbers, or curb markers to tell them. Then they wanted us to take a picture of where we were and send it to them.... There was no picture we could take that would identify exactly where we were. A huge airport, we'd never been there before, had been traveling for 24 hours and we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We finally just took a cab. The room was quiet - after the people in the hallway stopped talking loudly at 2:30 AM. The room was comfortable enough for our 18 hours there. Beds comfortable, room temperature was great.

Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents
