We stayed 5 nights in the facility, breakfast, dinner was never same, desert included. I saw also vegetarian, gluteen and lactose free products as well. The bed and pillow OMG!!(I am always carrying my pillow, here i didnt have too). If you arriving by car, so many castle and hiking places to go, if rains they have lil sauna, pool with heated water too. Playroom has darts, cso-cso, ping-pong, billiard, for smaller kids (-6 or 7)has another room to play. Every day they have handcraft session for kids, free langos in the afteroon(we missed it, still dont know what day) and palachinta at dinner (not ecery day). If you are in town make sure you stop by at the cukraszda, cake shop opposite to CBA grocery store( 5 min walk from hotel.) All in all, we have been a lot of places in different countries, this is one of the best hotel, hits it all(location, bed, pillow, quite(even was lot of kids) always hot water,clean, spa and food, food, food). It was our anniversary celebration so could not have asked for a better panoramic view. Bonus points to the staff for being so friendly and helpful at all times it made our stay even better! We will definitely return for another weekend as soon as possible ♥️ Note: people with lower ride heights take care as the gravel road can be a bit difficult to navigate. LOT'S OF HISTORICAL PLACES. DYNAMITE. THE SIGHTSEEING BUS WHAT A GREAT IDEA, HOWEVER ONLY RUNS ON WEEKENDS. THE REST OF THE WEEK IS JUST PARKED AT A PARKING LOT. WHAT A WASTE. DURING THE WEEK, MAY NOT HAVE THAT MANY PEOPLE, BUT THEY COULD HAVE RUN IT AT LEAST 2 TIMES A DAY. ONE AT MIDDAY, ONE AT IN THE AFTERNOON. Dunakeszi is a small city North of Budapest that we always visit for dental appointments and visiting relatives. It's not especially touristic but I like it for its rural air. There is of course always the Duna (Danube) which is good for a quiet stroll. By renting a car, it was fortunately easy moving around in Dunakeszi. Otherwise, there are enough trains connecting it to Budapest, but getting around within the city might get a little challenging. Esztergom is not a big city and it gives opportunities for travelers to walk to most of the sights. The importance of the city on the Danube was high and it is rich in history. The seat of the head of the Hungarian Catholic church is in Esztergom and the cathedral is stunningly beautiful with a cafe in the dome part, which provides uncomparable view of the city and the surroundings. Such a pretty little town especially if the weather is good. We went out of season (April) so a lot of places weren't open but we were able to find a choice of restaurants for our evening meal. We were only there for 24 hours so didn't have time to visit the various museums so perhaps a couple of days would have been better. Only downside was the heaps of tourists/tour groups. I really stayed here only to go to Visegrad. The places in Visegrad were either booked or too expensive. There was nothing out of the ordinary to see in Vac, so I would skip it the next time. Yes, there was a church, square, etc. These were all lovely. They were far less vibrant than in other towns in Hungary I have been.
