Rafina îs a nice place to stay if you eat to be close to the airport . We spent 2 nites and hired a car . This means you can drive to Rafina ( an EASY 25 min drive ) and the next day we drove back to the airport to take the tram into Monastraki Athens to go to Plaka etc and back to the airport ( 9Euro each way ) .This way no parking issues in Athens . In terms of location, it's a bit complicated to get to the apartment, but we found it after a few minutes of walking. The owner of the apartment is nice, the bed is nice, the room is decorated in a beautiful antique vintage, the balcony is large with a beautiful view of the forest. I booked a room for one night just for myself. I stayed in room 24 and it was perfect. I recommend the downloading of WhatsApp, because this lodge is staffed remotely.
