The room was very cosy, clean and had everything I needed. My room was on the upper floor so it as quiet. The staff was always so nice and helpful. There is a bus stop right across the street and the bus will take you to the city centre in a couple of minutes. I lived 25 minutes away from bristol for my entire life until last year, It's absolutely crammed with things to interest a wide range of tastes. Bristol is the UK's most painted city, there's street art everywhere. Fantastic music scene with numerous venues including Bristol Beacon, The Exchange, The Prospect Building, The Marble Factory, O2 Academy, Llloyds ampitheatre on the floating harbour and many more. Great galleries and museums - the Arnolfini is always worth a visit. History - Brunel's Clifton Suspension Bridge; Brunel's SS Great Britain and the replica of the Matthew & Bristol Blue glasswork sat the folding harbour; National trust properties including Tyntesfield House. A vibrant city which is lively and full of interesting places and events. Easy city to navigate on foot so we parked the car in the multi-storey car park next to the hotel. My visit to’ Bristol was fantastic, we where there for conference so i couldnt visit so many places. Overall we loved it. The buildings looked very nice and the historical once where so lovely. The people where hospitable too.
