Perfect location. Remarkable architecture of the hotel. The staff is very good and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean.There are two fast elevators and we didn't have to wait. The roof terrace has a beautiful view at any time of the year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—just a short 2-minute walk to buses and trams, and the railway is also easy to access, making access to Basel town very easy. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was above standard.

This is an excellent place to base yourself and explore Basel. The staff were outstanding... professional,friendly and helpful. They provided tips about where to go and how to get there. Very clean & modern. Beautifully decorated with good facilities, location was great too 5 min walk from the train station and only a 20 minute bus ride from the airport. They also give you passes for free transport around the city for buses & trams. Really friendly and helpful reception too and they let you leave your luggage with them until your room is ready or if you have to wait for your flight after check out.

The staff was beyond amazing, extremely understanding, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless. The retractable electric blinds made the room pitch black at night, which was perfect for sleeping. Thoughtful touches like an espresso machine and water waiting in the room. The highest-quality towels I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Excellent location, public transportation is right nearby, and the city center is just a 15-minute walk away.
