Nothing, it was outstanding from check in to check out. The spa upstairs on the rooftop is fabulous. My suite was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Ashley, at the front desk certainly made a impression with her warm demeanor, friendly smile and knowing and using my first name throughout my stay. Privately owned, this is a fabulous stay.

The omelette at Breakfast was the best I have ever had....the balance of flavours was astounding and unforgettable. Worth! The service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Sydney is such a beautiful old city with lots of character and many places to visit. Some within walking distance while many you need a car, especially travelling further out or to beaches. Sydney is also alive with entertainment, cafes, lots of places to choose from to eat. Unfortunately, we weren't their for too long to get the full feel of Sydney and its surrounds. A must visit is the Rusty Rabbit in Darlinghurst and also the Elements Smokehouse for ribs. There is a hop on and hop off bus around many areas. Shopping is a must.

Really enjoyed visiting Newcastle, the locals were friendly, had some great meals at the restaurants in Adamstown shops, just a short walk from the Cosmo Motel. Beach like atmosphere with great beaches close to town. Lots of great corner Aussie pubs in each suburb. About an hour away is the great sand dunes at Stockton beach, but found best accessed by Annes Beach.

Location was great for access to beach & town. Pools at the resort appear well maintained & spread across the resort. Ideal for golfers. Rooms very poor quality for the cost. Single beds not setup & using double bed linen. Kitchen has junk crockery & old applicances. Bathroom always very wet after showering. Balcony not cleaned despite debri from trees.

Great little coastal town. Watch out for the windy weather - can make the beach a bit of a no go. Good nightly entertainment options. Including buskers. Great options and quality of food. Superb scenery. Not cheap. Road into/ out of town constantly very busy - don't stay on that if you can help it.

I liked being able to Whale watch from Shelly Beach. We saw three pods of whales with 9 whales in total. Admittedly, although we could see them from the beach, we needed binoculars to get a better look. Make sure you visit Sea Acres Rainforest Boardwalk, and take your time to listen and soak up the amazing atmosphere.

We made our trip from Marrickville in Sydney and were very struck by the contrast in how lovely and personable the people are in Wagga. That alone was a very stark and welcome contrast that I would encourage anyone to experience and embrace. It's a city that has everything you need and offers it as a thing of humble quality, free of the frivolity, hype and nonsense back in the coastal cities. The city council very clearly takes it's obligations to the people as seriously as they should, because everywhere we went the place was very well serviced and maintained. I feel it's worth noting the huge sporting focus of the city that is apparent by the abundance of excellent sporting facilities in the region, because it speaks volumes about the people. They come together from a young age and strive together, supporting one another, cheering for one another in healthy competition with one another. It's entirely unsurprising that so many Australian sporting champions and legends have come from Wagga. In summary, if my wife wasn't a dyed in the wool city person, I would straight up move to Wagga and raise our young children there. It's a beautiful place that hasn't lost touch with what's important in life.

Country location with a city feel. Great cafes and restaurants in both Albury and Wodonga. High end shopping centre. Short drive to wineries and and tourist towns like Beechworth, Bright and Yarrawonga. When ever I am in Albury I always stock up on great produce at Harris’s Farm Markets. Take a stroll through the Botanic Gardens.
