The hotel is very clean and accessible. There is a gim, spa and wellness, as well as billiards and fussball room. The rooms are spacious and warm, and we had a small terrace/deck with sesting area. The host and apartment were both wonderful. It was very clean, modern and cozy. The kitchenette was equipped to cook in (all the pans, kitchenware,toster,coffemaker) and the host provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, beer. We also had a welcome gift - two granola bars, two apples and their homemade salad dressing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, we were going skiing in Gerlitzen and it was 15 min car ride from the Gerlitzen Cable Car. The host was helpful and provided the details about local restaurants, bakery and grocery stores and also other activities in the region.

The hosts are very friendly and provide excellent advice about local activities and how to combine multiple nice activities on a day. Also the rooms are very nice and there are a lot of fun things to do and to enjoy. Would recommend the Kärnten Karte for a stay of at least a few days, lots of savings on activities.

Very nice accomodation, new, clean, and well equipped. View on the lake from the terrace. Friendly and helpful owner. Lake entrance with small beach within 5 minutes walk. Nice place for hiking, cycling and paddleboarding.
