Evrything was perfect! Much better than we expacted before! This hotel is not 3*, it should be 4* at least. People are very friendly and helpful. That was our best experience through all the bookings we did so far! At the reception Chetan and Eliza, Jan, Ahmet. Thank you for all of them. At the restaurant Olex made us an unforgetable time! I have to mention abut the breakfast. We could chose from a menu and they made it fresh in the kitchen and also have a buffet part with fruits, special chees table, croassaint and so on! The hotel have a connection with cove beach club what is also a very clean and new place with pools and sea side sunbeds as well! Excellant, that is the word for them! We gonna come back for sure!

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, so beautiful with the most beautiful sea view and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

The staff were exceptionally helpful at all hours of the day, no request was out of bounds. I arrived late and could check in as soon as I arrived. The facilities were brilliant. The breakfast buffet was completely worth it and one of the best I’d ever had! I’ll be back again

Where to start with this remarkable hotel? Everything exudes class and exceptional service. Never before have I encountered such impeccable service in a hotel. From Munir and Kelvin, to the valet parking staff, to the poolside team including Shanti, Purna, Hariyom, Bharat, Sally, and the others, and not forgetting the breakfast crew, to the warm welcome by Farid at the front desk upon our arrival, and all the other staff members. Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.

I was amazed by the view of city, especially the skyscrapers...

I was amazed by the view of city, especially the skyscrapers! Modern metro with all the amenities. Quite a lot of malls, most of them at metro stations. Quality buses, both intracity and intercity. Memorable landmarks such as Ain Dubai, Dubai Frame, Museum of Future, Miracle Garden and others. I am not a fan of beach holidays, so I cannot say anything about them :) I mostly like walking around the city.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Dubai has improved by alot in terms of facilities and...

Dubai has improved by alot in terms of facilities and buildings. They have created so many landmarks, which is fascinating to visit as per Modern Architecture, however, the prices has increased unresonably through the roof compare to NZ/AS/CA Dollars. In the long-term, this might be the downfall of Dubai - too expensive to be visited.

We’ve been to Dubai three times, and it has changed a lot — today it feels a bit like Disneyland for adults: glamorous, extravagant, and undeniably impressive, but also much more expensive than it used to be. Unfortunately, the experience is somewhat affected by the growing number of Russian tourists and residents, whose behavior sometimes disrupts the atmosphere and quality of stay. Still, Dubai remains a fascinating destination — a world of luxury, breathtaking architecture, and endless activities that everyone should experience at least once. 🏙️🌴
