Everything was spotlessly clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The coffee machine with pods, along with tea and still/sparkling water, was a lovely touch. We found the sound of the church bells charming and romantic. With the windows closed, the room was well-insulated, and the bell tower chimes didn’t disturb us at all. We had dinner at the restaurant 3 night in a row and were very pleased with the food. On weekends it gets quite busy so it is recommended to make a reservation.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. It has a garden with children's playground and offers free parking and free WiFi throughout the property. The property was gorgeous and well kept and just a short walk to the city center. Parking was available for our car and the place was very secure. Marta and Viviana were very kind and accommodating and offer a lovely breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

The rooms in this boutique hotel have minimalist decoration and include a TV with satellite channels. Many bedrooms overlook the lake. I haven’t been this impressed by a hotel in a long time. The rooms, service, breakfast, and all other amenities were outstanding. A big thank you to the staff of Hotel Bellagio for making our stay at this magical place even better. We will definitely be coming back!

With a gate accessed through a 5 start hotel, it is extremely safe and accessible. Yuliya was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She stocked the apartment with snacks, fruits, and coffee for a our arrival and provided us with detailed recommendation on places to visit, how to go around, and wide range of restaurants to try out. She also arranged for us transportation to the airport. A lady with great taste. Thanks a lot Yuliya.
