Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. The property was clean, tidy and well dressed. The apartment felt very homely and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. The hosts went above and beyond to help us.

Hugo and Monica are excellent hosts. They helped us with our late check-in and on the day of our departure. You can ask them for advice if needed. Murdeira is a nice village, offering a peaceful alternative away from the tourist areas of Santa Maria. The apartment is clean and cozy.

Tity Apartments T2 is situated in Santa Maria, 600 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows, 1.2 km from Funana Casa da Cultura, and 5.4 km from Viveiro, Botanical Garden & Zoo di Terra. The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 500 metres from Nazarene Church. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Praia António Sousa is 300 metres away. Although the online communication was very good and everyone was very kind, it was a bit strange when someone suddenly showed up one afternoon to collect payment without introducing themselves first. Nevertheless, I would say it was generally a good interaction and usually polite.

The property is non-smoking and is located a few steps from Praia António Sousa. The owners have thought of everything, all the little touches to make it homely! Great communication too. Located on the beachfront, this property has a private beach area and a garden. The property is non-smoking and is set 70 metres from Praia António Sousa. The apartment was perfectly located and Carolina who hosted us was really helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and more, and it was so nice to have our own space in Santa Maria. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hugo is the perfect host, really attentive and friendly; his countless tips helped us to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. I'm sure the apartment is unique on the whole island too: designy, modern, spacious – truly a creation of dedicated architect ;)

The apartment is big and beautiful: it has a nice kitchen, AC in the bedroom, a nice bathroom with a bidet and a large patio with a wood table perfect for eating outside. From the apartment you have a nice view on a beautiful beach, it is reserved and perfect for snorkeling. The apartment is situated in Murdeira a small village with all that you need: mini market, bar/restaurant and a pool. Murdeira is in the middle of the island so you can easily reach every point of interest of Sal in about 15/20 minutes.
