Featuring mountain and garden views, this campground also offers free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the campground. I absolutely loved our stay at Ton's place. Our cabin was clean, cozy and warm ( outside temperature was around 8°C), the private bathroom was located few steps away. You can access the beach directly from the property and maybe even spot some seals in the morning. Ton also runs the Dancing Moose Cafe, where you can have a delicious pannenkoek while being entertain by colorful birds and a very bossy squirrel. It's a lovely place and Ton is a friendly and helpful host. If you are on the road around the Cabot Trail make sure to stop by.

The suite is absolutely lovely and beautifully furnished, with everything kept spotlessly clean. The host reached out via email and was always available if needed, though we never had to ask for anything because the amenities were outstanding. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches – from coffee, dips, and basic essentials already provided, to the wonderful welcome gift waiting for us. It truly made us feel at home right away. We had a great time and the location was excellent to explore Cape Breton, the Cabot Trail and go for a whale watching Trip. We wished, we could have stayed longer than two nights.

I appreciate the simplicity and the view from the breakfast room, which gives our family a warm, homely feeling. We all love the Nordic style, and the host went out of his way to respond to my requests and questions promptly. I am truly grateful and very happy with our stay! The location of the zzzzzMoose is excellent. I was also extremely pleased to have such a nice, neat, and clean place to spend the nights in an all-wood cabin. The window on the second floor offers a perfect view of the sea, making it an ideal spot for a family stay. We spent two nights in the cabin, and I honestly wish we could have stayed longer.

Cajun Cedar Log Cottages is located on the Cabot Trail. Cape Breton National Park is a 40 km drive from the cottages. Loction was good , and Owner was very nice.
