I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, thanks to its excellent soundproofing. It provided a peaceful retreat after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful design. The large, bright window let in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. The bathroom was impressively designed with a clear separation of dry and wet areas, each of the toilet, shower, and washbasin was individually partitioned, making it both hygienic and easy to use. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes and preferences. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the luggage storage service was very convenient and efficiently managed, making check-in and check-out stress-free.

Exceptional location allowed us the privilege to walk to sightsee and visit much of what this beautiful city has to offer… we even walked to the opera in our Sunday best (with a stop for dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant recommended by outstanding concierge team at the Almanac). The hotel is beautiful and magestic with a bit of a modern flair. The restaurant has lovely breakfasts and lunches (we didn’t experience dinner). The room is extremely comfortable and the bed heavenly. We can’t wait to return, it is definitely our recommendation when visiting Vienna.

The view is unbeatable, you have the most incredible view over the Donau and magical sunsets, incredible!! Our host Anton was the best, he was such a kind and fun guy, we had the best time chatting with him, talking about the city and discovering all the amazing spots he recommended. 1000/10! THE BEST! Very clean, quiet, and equipped! The apartment was bigger than expected, there was parking and bikes available for everyone and our host was available at any time! I think it's a great place to stay for any kind of travel, It doesn't matter if it's a family trip or a group of friends looking for adventures, everyone we talked to had a blast. I liked that the hotel is new, that the rooms are nice and clean. Due to good metro connections, the hotel is not far from the center and the main attractions of the city. Sound insulation is excellent and you cannot hear other guests from neighboring rooms. A very ugly thing happened to me during my stay in Vienna; a thief stole my wallet at the train station and took all my money. It was a lot of stress for my mom and me, and our vacation was ruined. There was no point in staying in Vienna in such a nervous breakdown, so we told the hotel staff what happened to us and asked if we could leave two days earlier and get a refund for those two nights. They agreed without any questions and we are very grateful for that. Their kindness and understanding meant more to us than the certainly wonderful ambience of the hotel.
