I found it a perfect place to spend a few days in Ann Arbor to visit my daughter studying at Ross. The staff are very friendly , while not invasive of privacy. The rooms are spacious and well fitted. It counts with a nice gym and indoor pool. In my view it offers an outstanding quality-price value. I will deffinetly stay at the Kensington in my next visit to Ann Arbor. Fantastic location, lovely staff, the lobby is like a huge informal lounge with a long table you can hang out at, get coffee work or hang out. Had an executive king which was really nice. The extra room for a couple of wingback chairs and a table made it feel like a mini lounge. Great view from 11th floor.

There is no breakfast. They said that booking . com was mistaken and needs to take that down for their site. There is coffee and granola bars. It was noisy from the freeway, but when they moved us to another room it was better. Also the floors were dirty in both rooms we stayed in. The first room had a few cockroaches and dead bugs in the corners of the room. We were there 3 nights visiting family. Liked the area and Captain Joes Bar and grill was wonderful. Good food and happy hour which was so needed after driving up from Florida.
