I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

Park view perch apartments with balcony truly lives up to its name! From the warm welcome at check-in to the peaceful environment, everything felt special. My room was spotless and organised with a balcony view that made Kigali’s skyline sparkle at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. One even helped me plan a day trip to the city (Mr. Hirwa) The location is central, making it easy to explore Kigali. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! I loved this little hotel! It was so charming and comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They accommodated my weird arrival and leaving times, and did my laundry. There was heaps of choice a breakfast, including plenty of fresh fruit. I had most of my evening meals there also and although the menu was limited (it is a small hotel after all), the food was excellent. There was a fridge in the room and AC, and a nice strong shower with great big fluffy white towels. I adored watching the African sun rise above Kigali from my balcony, and watching the many different birds in the vegetation all around (and this hotel clearly has someone with a serious plant addiction on the staff!). Overall, an absolute oasis for anyone wanting to get away from the large faceless multinational hotel chains elsewhere in the city.

I loved the peace and quiet at bedtime, and how we, though strangers, gave grace to each other like family. The games we played at the end of the day before bed were so much fun....I even learned new ones! The staff were very supportive, offering tips on places to visit and transport fares. Let’s just say, it was AMAZING—kudos!
