We loved EVERYTHING about our stay. You're in the city center, location is just perfect. The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and shower big and perfect. I looove when there are slippers in the room and there were !!! The lobby is beautiful too, the bar is superb. Now of course, the best of the best : the breakfast. OH.MY.GOD. My partner said 10 times "I think I never had such a good breakfast". It's true, it was amazing. ALL the products seem to be homemade and fresh and taste so good. You have everything, different breads, potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausages, veggies (and all of these slightly change day by day) and everything to go with them, and sweet choices to die for, cakes, pasteis de nata of course (amazing), pancakes, yogurt, granola, peanut butter, chocolate paste, different seeds, and so on ! Omg so much, I've uploaded a video of the buffet on my google review ! Also the little attentions from the hotel were sooo cute and pleasant !!! First day we got back to our room, we had two pasteis de nata waiting for us and a little bottle of ginja, that was awesome !!! Next day, they had hot chocolate downstairs (see pictures) with christmas cake ! and in the room, we found a little pot with everything inside to make the same hot chocolate as theirs, with a note and explanations. We traveled a lot but it was the first time we got stuff like that.

The man at reception was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and professional. One step ahead of us, as guests. Fantastic gym. One of the best hotel gyms, especially for the small number of guests. The breakfast was also outstanding. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

The location was perfect! There were plenty of great places around for breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day — it was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Getting around was very easy. We had rented a car, so the availability of indoor parking was a big plus for us. We were very satisfied with our stay — it was truly a wonderful experience.

Pets allowed, although we did not have our dog with us, it was good to see that option exists. (Paid) on-site parking available.     It is pet friendly and provides some dog supplies (both dog water and good bowl is a plus, dog blanket and a dog snack), bathroom color was very nice and functional (curtain at shower on top of the glass box avoids us feeling cold in the shower, WC separated from shower is very nice, good shower), good breakfast and friendly / helpful staff

    Is very conveniently located close to the airport, breakfast is great and the best of all is pet friendly. I could arrive past midnight with my dog and he could stay too.

    They are pet friendly and were very welcoming to our dog Zeus. The location is great - very central for seeing the sights of Lisbon. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent.
