Everything was great. The fact that you don't need a bus to reach the hotel is awesome. If I need to stay near the airport again, I will certainly look for this hotel.

The hotel staff were amazing in everyways. They were truly helpful at all times. The location is strategic as there's a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from the Luftavan/Airport. Our flight to Tromso was pushed out a day due to bad weather and the hotel staff accommodated our extension flawlessly. Breakfast was good and I would recommend Park Inn West anytime.

The desk attendants were both great!! Jorge waited on us for dinner and was wonderful! Very polite, cheerful and helpful!! The rooms were roomy and well equipped- very nice!!!

My stay was overall pleasant. Iselin was very helpful in adding my request to the booking, and the lady at reception kindly checked us in early and arranged a quiet, more spacious room. The room itself was very clean, modern, and newly renovated, though it would have been nice to have tea, coffee, and a kettle. Soundproofing wasn’t the best, as we could hear loud noise from the restaurant downstairs, but luckily it closed at 9pm. There’s also a McDonalds and a gas station right next door, both open 24 hours, which was convenient.
