We had such a nice stay here! The rooms and the property itself are very clean, they have filtered water available, rooms are super comfy and the owners are lovely! They were so welcoming and accommodating, they even made us some delicious chai in the evening :) thank you!

The host Jose was very helpful and treated us like family. This is the perfect example of a home stay. The food was excellent. We got to try breakfast which was exceptional and felt like home cooked food even though it was a Kerla special dish we enjoyed it. We had a boat trip arranged by the host and it was great.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Anish and Shiny’s homestay in Alappuzha. The apartment is brand new, squeaky clean, and in a great location – right opposite Ramada Inn and very close to the hub, yet set a little inward from the main road, which made it peaceful. There are two nice sit-outs (one indoors and a balcony outside) just outside the room where you can relax. Anish and Shiny were extremely kind and accommodating; they even agreed to let us park our scooter at the property after we checked out, which was really thoughtful and kind. Overall, great hosts and excellent value for such a prime location. Highly recommended!

We spent one night at the villa, and it was perfect in every way. The place is new, clean, and ideally located on the backwaters, just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from the beach. The host provided exceptional hospitality, assisting us in arranging a private sunrise tour on the backwaters, followed by breakfast at a local restaurant he recommended. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious local meal prepared by the in-house chef. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic homestay for anyone looking for an affordable stay near the beach. The view is stunning, and the host, Emmanuel, was exceptional. He provided delicious homemade meals for breakfast and dinner and even helped us arrange a scooter to explore the city. He is incredibly helpful and accommodating, ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are clean, cozy, and perfect only for two people. Plus, there's a private beach where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Thank you, Emmanuel, for making our stay unforgettable!
