Code to key box sent in advance, really easy access. Staff on site entrance also really friendly with guidance (although our host had already provided this) Property itself was spotlessly clean, really well set out, bed really comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. The host Nicole responded to every email really quickly and was very friendly. The TV is immense by the way. And wonderful that such a lovely property is also dog friendly, Enzo loved it.

Nice hotel located close to the pedestrian area of the city and with convenient underground parking. Smooth check-in, nice rooms, comfortable bed (though I found the pillows too soft... but that's a question of personal taste). I appreciated their committment to the environment. Would return without hesitation.

It was a perfect 2 day stay for us in Koblenz. The hotel is located in a small street with very visible signs to the hotel. There is dedicated parking for the hotel guests, however limited in capacity. It would be good to confirm with the owners prior to your arrival. The rooms are in excellent conditions and with proper ventilation. The bathrooms are clean with all required toiletries. The host is a cheerful couple who are very welcoming and speaks perfect English in addition to their German skills. The breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. I would highly recommend to include breakfast when booking. Public transport(bus) is within a 2min walking distance that takes you to Koblenz centre. You could also walk along the beautiful Moselle-Rhein river path (3.5km approx.) to reach Koblenz centre. I highly recommend a stay at this place if you plan to visit Koblenz.

    Super friendly and helpful staff and atmosphere in a great location right next to the old town. Everything was in walking distance and even though it was super central, there was no noise from the streets or city. Very comfy bed and always felt safe. The room was very light and spacious for one person. I also liked that there was no carpet. Reception had great snacks and drinks.

    A really nice, clean and cosy little hotel with a good restaurant and a nice quiet location. Very friendly people. Dog friendly also. I travelled with a dog. I would definitely go again. I had my own entrance but it depends which room you have.
