It was a great place with a fabulous kind host and beautiful fauna :) thanks for all the fun to the chickens and the kangaroos and the cows, my toddler was so entertained.

You know the place is extraordinary, with the gardens worth the visit alone. The Art Deco house is also lovely, and the location is fabulous - walking distance to the lake, the rose gardens, the gallery, and the shops. For accommodating lots of people who had travelled interstate or from overseas to attend my mothers 100th birthday celebration, it was ideal, with chairs scattered around the charming gardens and airy rooms for people to sit and talk.
