The property was fantastic, everything was in excellen condition. The house was very clean and it has a very warm cozy vibe. The house it's very close to the beach and it has a backyard for some barbeque or a gathering. The host was very heplful and kind with every need i had for the house, Highly recommend if you ever come in Durrës this house is 10/10

The house is very new, also the apartment. The place looks like on the pictures. Sea is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We were the first clients of the apartment and some things were missing from the apartment at first but the owner did everything to get the things as soon as possible to us. The breakfast costs 5€ but the variety of breakfast is good. Pool also costs some extra money but is also a good opportunity.

Excellent accommodation, real photos. Good furniture, clean towels and bed linen. The apartment has all the necessary utensils, air conditioning, wi-fi. It's a few minutes' walk to the sea. The owner is friendly, attentive, answers all questions, responds to any requests. The woman who looks after the apartment is very nice, always interested in whether everything is okay with us. Big balcony equipped with furniture for observing unforgettable sunsets or sunrises. Comfortable rooms with all necessary accessories. I do highly recommend this apartment for families for a long stay.

Owner David was friendly and helped with everything including parking and small things we requested. There are many restaurants, cafes and groceries in vicinity. Nice beach is just 150 m away.

The host was great, the best host/hospitality I ever had in my life. He even helped us with a broken car. Apartament was absolutny amazing. He even got 2 air conditioners inside. Everything was brand new and made with touch of class and good taste. Really amazing choice for stay in Albania!
