Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff lovely, food tasty and wellness we really enjoyed amazing saunas, pool and amazing they have bar at the pool. It was lovely to enjoy, full relax . Room was clean comfortable and view was just amazing it was amazing woke up with mountains . There is no dislike

Very nice and cozy little hotel. We booked a 2 room 4 bed apartman. Parking with the car is also nice and easy. Placed within 10 min walking distance to the shoping/food street and Forum mall. Also the historic city center is within 15mins walk. The mountains / lake are within 20-25 minutes car ride.

The property also offers free parking. Perfect location for a ski holiday, a short walk to the ski lift. The property is grand, a mix of old and new . Feels very much like a mountain lodge. My room had amazing views of the mountains and surrounding forests, very quiet and peaceful . Breakfast was perfect, everything fresh and lots to choose from. The ski equipment room and lockers made it easy for me to get ready for each day skiing.

Free WiFi is available. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Spacious, with well equipped kitchen, big bathroom with bath and a balcony. Additionally, beautiful view for the mountains, very good location nearby both the lake and train station made the stay unique and comfortable.
