Staff were lovely albeit a bit curt with us when we followed up on our washing. We were advised by one staff that it was be available that same day. But when we chased up on it later that day, another staff said it was not possible and it would be available the next day (we were leaving the next day so of course concerned about our belongings). The breakfast buffet was good. Lots of options to pick from.

It was perfectly clean, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet area very close to the city center. Communication with the host was excellent—although check-in was officially at 15:00, we let them know we had arrived early, and they kindly prepared the apartment for us by 11:00. All our requests were handled promptly. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was al a carte without restrictions on how many items you can order. Food was fresh and delicious. The Slovenian breakfast served was excellent ( cheese board with cold cuts , jams and hard boil eggs ) - the hotel also had a courtyard restaurant serving authentic food which was very pretty and great food. We booked the room with the kitchenette- rooms were up the stairs, kitchenette and shower down. Perfectly working AC, elevators. Hotel has a small park for kids and a small horse riding area . Very modern looking . Staff was helpful.
