Hotel Alexandrion Experience rooms features flat-screen TV and they overlook the Carpathian Mountains. The private bathroom features a hairdryer and a bathrobe. The Hotel is newly renovated. Check in was done fast. We were greeted with 2 glasses of sparkling wine. The rooms are nicely decorated. A little small even for 2 people. Towels and linen new and soft. Large TV. Good WiFi. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices - cheese, meat, eggs, Romanian specialities, and even omelets made upon an order. Good coffee. All the places restaurant, lobby, bar, lounge are very modern and beautiful, giving the sense of a warm atmosphere. Having its own parking space even if this is not free of charge for the guests.

The squeaking wooden stairs combined by the odour of old wooden floor and ceiling the ornate floral patterns decorating the walls and the vitrage just add up th the whole experience. Vila retezat overlooks the breath taking Carpathian mountains. It's run by two very nice and helpful ladies that were always offering to help make your stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend it for anyone seeking a quiet stay and would definitely like to visit again in the future.
