Spa & restaurant facilities were great as well. Special shout-out to the waitress in the restaurant who remembered my husband's allergies the next day and said it upfront before we could mention it.

A walk to the night market and pub street. Also thank you for the birthday cake that was sent to our room. it was a lovely gesture.

Great location. all staff was extremely accommodating-they remembered us throughout the stay (Mr. Kim and bun Tinh among many others) and always took good care of us. we did a guided tour for the sunrise tour with Mr. Noy and Mr. Chong one day and it was seamless and educational. the pool and happy hour is great and the morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. I also messed up my booking by booking one too many nights, and Mr. Kim was flexible and worked out a plan to give us hotel credits for food/drink instead of just making me us pay the extra night which was very much appreciated (considering it was my mess up)! location was great as well.
