Offering city views, rooms at the Magnolia have a classic design with decorative frescoed walls. They all include an LCD TV, fridge and private bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony and small kitchenette. Unbelievably beautiful, kind staff. Breakfast came with the reservation. Right in center of town, but windows faced away from foot traffic so balcony and rooms were very quiet.

Rooms were so large and well appointed. Best breakfast we had in Italy. Only a minute walk from the main Piazza and few minutes from many restaurants and shopping.

Hotel La Terrazza RESTAURANT & SPA boasts a beautiful view of a green Umbrian valley, which looks even more enchanting as the sun rises in the morning. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and useful. The location was great, within walking distance to Assisi. The room was very clean, large enough, with a good view.

Everyone was exceptionally helpful and sweet. They really made us feel welcome and it wasn't fake. They seem to enjoy their work and makimg guests feel at home. Excellent knowledge of the hotel surroundings and gave excellent recommendations on where to go.
