I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, especially Linda and Erix. They were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel like I was at home. The hotel is very child-friendly, and my kids loved playing in the pool and on the beach. The staff was always happy to help with anything we needed, and they made sure that we had a great time. The facilities are well-maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. I enjoyed chilling in the room opening the window and feeling gentle sea breeze. I also had the opportunity to go on the firefly tour and the ATV tour, which were both amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. I am already planning my next trip back, and I can't wait to try the snorkeling that Linda recommended.

Situé à côté d'un village en bord de mer, le LooLa Adventure Resort se trouve sur la côte de Bintan. Le complexe dispose d'une plage privée et d'installations de sports nautiques. The entire weekend was excellently managed. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to accommodate all our requests. The food was also great.

New and beautiful establishment, facilities are very good, staff are amazing and very friendly. I mentioned to the front desk that we are celebrating my son's birthday, and they surprised them two times at breakfast and dinner, and housekeeping left a message for him inside the room. They made my son's birthday amazing. The staff at front desk, both restaurants and housekeeping were so friendly and cooperative.

Staff are very friendly. Front staff are very kind and attentive. Door staff also very helpful in leading us to taxi etc.
