A minibar is also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. This lodge is very expensive but worth every cent. We were welcomed at 12:30 by Henry who gave us immediate access to our room. This was huge with a lovely bathroom and small veranda overlooking bush. Completely private and peaceful. In the evening we watched the winter solstice sunset whilst enjoying complimentary drinks and canopies. A three course dinner followed which was excellent.

Really hospitable staff - we left a few items behind and they said we could send a package and then would post it back to us! Facilities were clean and expected.

Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a long time.

Super-friendly staff.... great room; very clean and an excellent location.... close enough to the centre to walk but away from any issues (not that we saw anything significant but had expected it!). This is certainly the best place in town for accommodation.
