I had a fantastic 3-night stay at La Ruota Hotel during our ski trip this past weekend. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to fuel up for the day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was conveniently located for skiing, and everything was well-maintained and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back again—highly recommended!

The owner and his son are very helpful and nice.They come to meet us in 5 minutes even if it was the Bairam and we book with 1 hour in advance .The hotel is clean and modern,near the city center 2-3 minutes walking.A big plus is the private parking in the underground for the car if you travel by car.Also the breakfast was tasty and fresh.I definitely recommend this hotel! We loved this accomodation a lot! The room is spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. Host is super helpful and kind! Location is perfection. Breakfast is served at a restaurant and it was delicious. Turned out that we had a few drinks the night before just at the same restaurant and that was a cool place as well. Personnel is on the top. Prizren is wonderful and people are super hospitable and kind. Thank you for hosting us!

Super helpful and lovely host - responded to messages quickly. They picked me up from the bus station at no extra charge and drove me to the bus station on the day I checked out. The apartment is a little tired but spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff.Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. I arrived by bus and the hotel is a straight line, 15min walk from the central station. The town centre is also only a 30min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is very small, taking up only the 2nd floor of the building. On the ground floor is casual restaurant and café, the first floor appears to be a function suite and the second floor is the hotel reception and bedrooms. I think there are approximately 15 rooms in total. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming, the bedroom was clean, stylish and comfortable, and the shower was very good. Breakfast was served in the restaurant area on the ground floor and consisted of an omelette, hot dogs, cheeses, cold meats, a selection of sauces, bread, chocolate croissants and a selection of drinks. Breakfast was prepared to order and served at your table. There are some restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel and the new city shopping mall is a short walk away.
