The window opens, and there's good AC and a ceiling fan. Bed is comfortable, and everything is super clean. Great pictures and historical ephemera throughout, really a lot to look at. The dining room and parlor are available for guest use as well. Easy parking out front. We arrived on a hot day, and the in-room AC was already on. Assigned parking in front of rooms was a nice touch.
