We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent. The room's clean, very bright and roomy. The building itself is brand new and extremely well maintained. We thank you to the concierge of Pierce Boston (Viviana snd friends) as they really assist us in everything and extremely helpful.

1. Great location very close to the airport. 2. Clean room and bathroom 3. Shuttle service to the airport 4. Very kind and professional staff - we had an issue with our credit and debit cards during check-in (transactions declined by the bank). Quite stressful for us, especially that it was 1 am and our small kids were almost asleep on the lounge sofa. the staff were very polite, still allowed us to check in even if our cards didn’t work, advised us to contact the bank and come back with payment next morning. It all worked in the end, very grateful for their kind and professional attitude

nothing really, parking lot it was really full, they let park more cars than rooms. Also the staff at midnight that guy by himself there with that aggressive attitude was awful, i have a family member with me first time in US and it was a shame that experience.
