Our vacation at this hotel was simply wonderful – thanks to the dedicated and warm-hearted staff. A special thank you goes to Gamze Hanım, the hotel manager. She gave us a warm welcome from the very first minute and was always available throughout our stay. What stood out the most: Even small remarks or requests were immediately taken care of and implemented – a true example of outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Erman Bey delivered an excellent show that became one of the evening highlights! His performance was not only entertaining but genuinely impressive – a real professional who truly captivated the guests. Daniel from the animation team also deserves special mention. With his positive energy, great attitude, and friendly nature, he brought joy and excitement to every day. Thanks to him, there was always something going on – lively, but never intrusive – just the right balance! All in all: A perfectly enjoyable stay where you truly feel welcome.
