Loved the full length pool (open virtually round the clock) and surrounding views of lush tropical greenery! Our studio room was spacious and very comfortable. Sun, the manager, was exceptionally friendly, kind and accommodating, as indeed were all the lovely breakfast and reception staff. Towels for beach and pool are provided. The on-site masseurs are definitely worth visiting. I had an amazing 90 minute massage that left me feeling marvellous. The restaurant serves high quality dinners and a decent breakfast with eggs cooked exactly as you like them.

Hotel is quite enough for active travellers, the best money/value I've found. Have personal parking, 24 hour laundry on the fist floor and massage salon (don't know about the quality). For additional payment in the morning cold be served breakfasts (100-180 THB). Rooms with garden view are awesome! From the 4 floor the are even with partly sea view)) Rooms are cleaned on the the request (door labels), we were satisfied with quality of the cleaning. Beds are very big and comfortable to sleep (even together with 4 years child). For the whole vacation we didn't here any noise from the other rooms. Overall hotel is very quite and cosy.

There was no breakfast included with the room but it had a kitchenette so that was really good. We were able to make coffee in the morning and pick up a few things for breakfast. The room was in an apartment building at the top of a hill so if walking is an issue, this room may not work for some. The apartment is about 1 km from the beach so an easy walk for most people. Also, there were lots of excellent restaurants close by. The main road is busy but all of Phuket is busy!

Great stay at Karon Hotel@22, a relatively new hotel in Karon beach. Clean and spacious ground floor room with a little terrace / balcony. The staff was very friendly and keen to provide the best experience during the stay. Loved the location, far from the bustle of the main street but still in a very easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.
