It was the most excellent experience ever, the personal attention of the owners was excellent. The place is small in terms of number of rooms but the property has a lot grounds and greenery. The breakfast was great and we also had some dinners cooked by the owners. Excellent food!! The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The property is also disabled friends, we used one room for a wheelchaired person and it has excellent amenities for the comfort of this person.

What can you say...you are staying at a castle. Not only, the group that runs it is part of the landscape park, Unesco area. The breakfast was made with all local ingredients. The castle is fun to visit. It even has an endangered bat species that roosts in the belfry.

Perfect mountain location with all the amenities one might want and need in an apartment. The view was amazing, the room was very pretty and everything was sparkling clean. The host was super nice and gave us some direction for restaurants nearby but also offered us some homemade salami. We would have stayed longer if we could.

There were so many things we loved about our stay here. There was nothing that wasn’t above and beyond. Nika and Simon made our honeymoon an experience unlike any other. This was the perfect holiday in every possible way. There was great wine, great food, lovely guests. The location was stunning. It encapsulated peace and happiness. I cannot recommend a stay here more. We will be back and we’re bringing our friends.

We had a wonderful stay in this green oasis. Peaceful, with forest surrounding, fantastic view on the valley, Sava river and Krško powerplant. We would recommend it for couples for a romantic stay.

    Hosts really invested a lot of love and patience, they are truly welcoming and making your stay amazing. Breakfast is top notch with organic products, beds are comfortable, everything is new. We really enjoyed the area, it is easily accessible from the highway but tucked away. A lot of parking space. Pet friendly.
