Everything in this place will make you feel good. Great staff, incredible room and super clean!! The gentleman at the reception, whose name I don't recall, was sensational from my arrival until my departure, always ready to help and with a smile on his face. Perfect quality/price ratio.

Very pleasant stay, safety checks on entering and easily accessible to the mall for ease of use. Heated pool! From the reception staff Huma who greeted us with a smile all the time to Adnan Munir who always stayed back late to make sure our rooms were made and we were fully looked after was a great stay!

The staff at the Nishat Gulberg Hotel (Lahore) were absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. My every need was not only met, but anticipated with care and grace. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with a level of hospitality that suprised. Special thanks to Muzzamil, the Assistant Front-of-House Manager, and Haider, the F&B Operations Manager. Their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Pakistani culture is legendary for its generosity and kindness towards guests, and the Nishat Hotel embodies this spirit perfectly. It wasn’t just a stay - it was a heartfelt experience that reminded me why hospitality is considered an art in this part of the world. The Nishat Gulberg is an intimate, bespoke experience i highly recommend! Finally, thank you also, to the hotel manager Sabir for your time and your kind advice regarding notable cultural sites and areas to visit - this proved very beneficial indeed.     The location of the hotel was very good but there is no basement parking in the hotel you have to park the car on main road that is not safe. The hotel floor carpet was smelly, washrooms needs urgent maintenance. Rooms were ok we have changes three rooms to find a good room. Some rooms have bad smell some have Air conditioner issues.
