Our stay at the Maison was super! It had everything we wanted! We came to explore Mauritius and it was a perfect base from which we travelled to almost everywhere on this stunning paradise within 1 hour! The room was large, the view (indescribably beautiful the whole day and night with the most awesome sunsets), breakfasts on the terrace were enjoyable and not monotonous. Our hosts were kind and helpful. My wife wanted to buy some dragon fruit and we enquired where we can purchase it, next day Karine pitched up with a bag full on the house! For a guest house our room and balcony was really private, quiet and we seldomly noticed that there were other people around even when the parking lot was full and the rooms fully booked. The place has the perfect holiday vibe and if you so wished to; you could enjoy conversation and laughs anytime next to the wonderful pool with the hosts and other guests! Our room was perfectly cleaned every day with fresh linen regularly . (Thank you, Shandrina and Nat for your awesome service and friendliness, you were very much appreciated!) We snorkeled in the lagoon and although it is rather shallow we still saw some cute fish, some coral and a lot of sea urchins about 100m+ from the beach. The new Albion Mall with the Dodo Supermarket was a surprise as it stocked almost everything one would need for a stay. All in all: You did great! Well done Jerome and Karine! Thank You!!! Fantastic apartment, very well managed, with every detail and everything you need to feel at home. Perfectly located. New and set within a beautiful community. Just 7 minutes from the shopping mall and 7 minutes from the beach. Highly recommended. Very spacious, comfortable, and ideal for families, couples, or friends. Better than a hotel. The owner and Isabelle were absolutely fantastic and their messages and instructions were crystal clear. Sadly both of our mobiles could not pick up a roaming signal anywhere on the island at anytime Whilst the entrance gate is directly opposite the church the name of the property is not on the gates it is named "Elba" so it was a bit tricky to find and we spent 45 minutes locating it We loved the fact that Port Louis is a proper community with virtually no tourists whatsoever

    Beautiful villa with 3 bedroom, kitchen, parking space and all the necessary appliances (only thing that we had to buy was toilet paper). Internet worked very well. Good location if you have a car and want to travel arround the island. Special thanks to the host for his hospitality and availability. We will have the best memories from Mauritius! :)
