I stayed overnight at this hotel and was very pleased. The room is comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food is prepared and served upon request at any time. The owner of the hotel Anju is friendly and caring, very pleasant to talk to and friendly. On my next trip to Sri Lanka, I will definitely come to this wonderful hotel.

Probably the best holiday destination I’ve ever visited. Dave and his staff have served us with delicious food with home made cake and his signature dishes. Also we've been privileged to taste Dave’s Artisan Teas and experience the Tea making process. Beautiful surrounding with excellent misty weather. The Breakfast was exceptional. Sri Lankan favourite string hoppers and the Freshest fruits with Dave's homemade Marmalade and Jams. The best Curd I've ever had. Oh I love the coffee Dave offered!! Super clean rooms and awesome library room with lots of splendid books. Oh we miss Charley so badly.. adorable companion.. :) I would give my highest recommendation and I will definitely visit again! thank you David and the awesome team!

Great stay! The place is 10min off the main road which makes it accessible while you have the feeling of being lost in nature. I am a solo traveler traveling with public transport. The bus dropped me on the main road and I walked up to the hotel (but you can also get a tuk-tuk of course). The room was good. The view with the swimming pool is amazing. Cristo, the manager of the hotel, took me for a walk in the forest around the hotel. We also visited the farm that belong to the owner of the hotel. Don't hesitate to ask Cristo for a walk. The staff was nice. The chef made us rice and curry in the evening.

The Blue mountain view was on of our favorite stays in Sri Lanka! Pradeep is an amazing host who made sure we had a good time in Dambulla. The homestay is located in beautiful nature with plenty of possibilities for walks. He showed us his family farm and explained about all the plants. His mother cooked amazing Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner. In the evening they showed us a sunset spot and they made sure we got to visit the Temple of Dambulla. We would love to stay here again 🧡.

I had an amazing stay! The place has such a peaceful vibe, surrounded by nature. The villa was clean and comfortable, and my favourite feature was the inner courtyard, which made me feel so connected to nature. The tree hut was the perfect nook for reading, and the staff even arranged one of our dinners there. We were also able to experience a well bath - such a one of a kind experience! The staff were incredibly attentive, always making sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious and full of local flavours. Loved the soothing sound of birds in the morning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dambulla who’s looking for a relaxing and authentic Sri Lankan experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful, nature-surrounded retreat and honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer. Sydney, the General Manager, Kasun the Butler, the Chef and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate my partner’s dietary restrictions, ensuring every meal was safe, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. This was one the best hotels i stayed in my time in Sri Lanka. The staff was great and the owner even more so. I did a tour with him through the knuckle forest reserve and it was absolutely beautiful. He also knew a great deal about the places we went to and the local community. The hotel was clean, had a good vibe and the vieuw from my room was amazing. 2 other rooms where being built and he had plans to put in a pool. If this place gets known, its going to be packed with tourist. I would highly recommend this place and if i ever go to Sri Lanka again, this hotel is going to be at the top of my list.
