Such a wonderful place. It gives you a really authentic Sri Lankan experience - although you are staying in a nice room, you feel like you're in nature and at the same time, you're staying with family in a small village, taking part in their every day life. The village walking tour is highly recommended! We learned so much about the country just from that one activity alone. The staff are all wonderful, and you won't want to leave!

Beautifully situated, among the jungle and a garden embedded in it. We arrived quite late, but despite this they waited for us and offered us dinner! The caretaker of the facility is a very nice gentleman who cares a lot about the well-being of his guests. The guesthouse is decorated in a uniform style that matches the surroundings. Every detail is thought out. The rooms are spotlessly clean, always with a view of the jungle (some, like ours, also have a balcony). In the morning we had a delicious breakfast - fruit and a chosen form of egg. It was a sufficient portion for us. In addition, coffee / tea / juice. It was wonderful for us to wake up in such surroundings and start the day like this. Although the monkeys jumped on the roof of our building, it was an additional attraction for us. I would like to visit such places more often. Hidden gems with excellent service.

This family is just awesome, as well as the rooms! You have the whole downstairs area for yourself. The mother is a great cook and prepares authentic sri lanka food! Everybody was so helpful and kind! The whole family knows the area very well, just ask anything! We will definitely come back! Thank you Senaya Homestay!

I recently had the most unforgettable experience at Belihuloya Adventure Camp! Tucked away in the lush highlands of Sri Lanka, this camp is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. The location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and pristine forests. The cool climate adds to the charm, making it a perfect escape from the heat. The activities offered are top-notch, from adrenaline-pumping canoeing, and trekking, to the more relaxed nature trails. The highlight for me was the canoeing. Activity expert Hemantha is highly experienced and ensured safety at every turn, which made the adventure all the more enjoyable. Accommodation at the campsite was comfortable, offering a true "back-to-nature" experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their passion for the outdoors and commitment to providing a memorable experience really stood out. The food was another highlight – delicious and hearty, perfect after a long day of activities. We were treated to local cuisine with fresh ingredients that really hit the spot. Whether you're looking for an action-packed adventure or a peaceful retreat in nature, Belihuloya Adventure Camp has it all. I recommend this place for any nature lover! I'll definitely be back for more adventures soon.

The location was peaceful and serene, providing the perfect escape. The staff were exceptionally attentive, with impeccable attention to detail. The meals served during our stay were absolutely delicious and carried a nostalgic, home-cooked charm. A special highlight was the morning visit to Pahanthudawa Waterfall, thoughtfully arranged by the team, which made our experience even more memorable. Beautiful and peaceful location with a river in the Back yard. Surrounded by greenery and forest. Lasantha and staff are warm and friendly and went above and beyond. I was leaving early morning to Horton Plains for a hike and they had a packed lunch ready for me at 4 am! The food was traditional and tasty. There are 3 cottages for accommodation with good wifi, comfortable bed and hot water.

Such caring, kind and friendly people who make it an absolute pleasure to spend time at Glenrock. Thank you for everything!!
