It was very clean and comfortable. The property is well equipped and had all we needed to make our stay complete. We were especially happy with the washing machine and laundry liquid being supplied was very helpful. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. We could have cooked if we’d wanted to. Communication was clear.

Chica was a fantastic hostess. She looked after us so well. Her foods were delicious and tasty, and we loved every bit of it. The house is beautiful, and it is at an excellent quiet location to enjoy the seaside scenery peacefully We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Kii no Matsushima. The host was incredibly welcoming and the food was amazing. We arrived after dark in the town from our hiking trip and she waited for us in the car along the path to pick us up. Next day she even prepared a small lunch for us to take on our hike. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by our hosts, who made us feel at home instantly. They prepared delicious homemade bread and fresh orange juice, made from their own oranges for us. The surroundings were equally stunning: a beautiful beach just a short walk away, breathtaking landscapes, and the charming little village of Atashika, which felt like a hidden gem.
