We booked this stay for the professional kitchen, which exceeded expectations and made cooking and hosting friends a joy. The space is clean, well-equipped, and attached to the host's home, with a peaceful private bedroom for guests. Haru-san and Ko-san were incredibly kind and attentive with checking in regularly, sharing a beautiful matcha tea ceremony, and even preparing a comforting lunch. Haru-san’s thoughtful care, including helping with an injury, meant a lot. There's also a lovely surprise which we won’t spoil here, it truly made our stay unforgettable. By the end, we felt like we had made new friends. We can’t wait to return on our next trip to Chiba ☺️

The Hotel is recently renovated. The room was very spacious, expecially for Japan's standards, and of course, very clean. The staff members were kind and helpful all the time. The hotel has all the needed amenities and a nice view on Chiba's square. The position is also very good, being in the central square of the prefecture and close to the monorail station and a few minutes away from the central station.

The location was great it was so easy to get to shops and transport. With trains, buses and the monorail I was spoilt for choice. Easy walking distance to some historic Japanese sights. The Hotel was quiet and clean. My room was kept so beautifully tidy and clean by the cleaner. The receptionists were very helpful and lovely.

Helpful staff and very friendly. Very gd selection of food for breakfast, and very close to Chibaminato train station so travelling is very convenient. We booked a taxi via hotel to go to Chiba train station (5min taxi ride) as it was raining but you can also take the monorail which will also get you to Chiba station so you can take train to Narita Airport (approx 30-40min ride) which is shorter trip compared to travelling from Tokyo. I also did the luggage transfer from my Tokyo hotel and this hotel was able to hold my luggage until I checked-in a few days later which was a life-saver!

The location was perfect, it was close to amenities and most importantly, transport, which made it very easy to get around. The hotel and staff were absolutely lovely; nothing was too much for them to assist you with, and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Small cozy room that has a massage chair, although we would prefer a table and chairs. Very convenient location, walking distance to train station, malls, food places and convenience stores. Toilet is very clean and bright. We rented a car and they have mechanical parking on-site, easy access.
