Incredibly clean large apartment with all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Each room has an air conditioner. Bathroom is large and includes a washing machine. Kitchen is also fairly large and has everything needed for a longer stay. Very nice host and very helpful. Indoor garage spot.

This B&b it is very Beautiful, , very well located and with large and Beautiful Sardinian style decorated bedrooms . The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The B&B location is amazing just few minutes walk from the Restaurants and shops. The B&B is well connected to Cagliari and other main tourist attractions

The architecture is absolutely stunning, perfectly woven into Sardinia’s nature so it feels completely in harmony with the surroundings. The pool area is heavenly, and the whole place gave me such a soul-soothing sense of quiet luxury. We will return for sure .

I traveled alone with my three children on a road trip across Sardinia, and without a doubt, this was the most memorable and enjoyable stay of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth and genuine kindness by the hostess – a caring and generous woman who made us feel truly at home. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, with a warm and personal touch that made all the difference. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, showing that the host truly cares about her guests. My children were very happy, which means a lot – any parent knows how important that is. They felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, especially if you’re looking for something close to the airport but still quiet and peaceful. Despite the proximity, we didn’t feel disturbed at all – it was calm, cozy, and perfect for unwinding. To our surprise and delight, we were even invited to a local celebration that evening – a touching and beautiful gesture that made us feel part of something special and gave us a deeper connection to the Sardinian culture and hospitality. You really get what you pay for here – and in this case, we got so much more than just a place to sleep. We got a real experience, a warm memory, and a feeling of belonging. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone – especially families with children or travelers looking for something more meaningful and welcoming than an average hotel. We had an incredible experience staying at Umberto's guesthouse in Selegas. The property is truly spectacular—an old country house steeped in history, once home to the countess of the region. The stone house has been beautifully restored, with the former granary now transformed into a charming kitchen and living space spread across two levels. Umberto is an exceptional host, always kind and attentive, especially with our 12 year old son. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from groceries to sightseeing tips. We spent wonderful moments together, chatting and playing cards—truly unforgettable. Selegas is a peaceful village in southern Sardinia, just a 30-minute drive from Cagliari Airport. We explored several stunning beaches along the southern coast, visited nearby archaeological sites, and found the local people to be very friendly. Our snorkeling adventures and a day trip to an island on the southwest coast were highlights of our stay. Thank you, Umberto, for being such a lovely host and making our stay so special.

We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — she explained everything with such warmth and attention. The apartment itself is very unique and full of character — honestly, one of the most interesting places I’ve ever stayed in. At night, it felt a bit like sleeping in a museum — there’s so much decor and artwork around, it creates a very special atmosphere. All in all, it’s a charming and memorable place — and for the price, it’s really a great deal!
