Metro station is nearby and allows you to reach Colosseum and all other historic sites easily. The area is safe, and you can park the car on the street instead of private parkings etc. There is also a car park nearby. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It would require some renovation, but for the short stays it is perfect, mainly because of the location.
