Great place to stay when visiting Venice. - 20 minutes bus 53E away from Venice bus station, bus comes at 1 hr interval, last bus back hotel is 0000 - very affordable and convenient option - room is clean, check-in is smooth and very very nice environment - quiet and serene view from the hotel. - catching the bus can be stressful sometimes because there’s only 1 bus per hour. - but considering its price, convenience and everything the hotel has to offer, there’s no reason not to consider it when you are looking for the most wallet-friendly option but without compromising much of ur venice experience Note: if you are looking to see sunrise at Venice, the bus arrive as early as 0519, but we are too lazy for that Note2: a little bit tricky to get here from Venice ME station, might as well just take train to Venice SL and take the 53E bus (the timetable is attached)

Everything except wi fi connection. We stayed in bungalows.. Very efficiently planned, not too cramped, not a centimeter wasted. A large terrace allows you to eat dinner and have your drinks. The bathroom and the rooms are very clean. There is free parking right next to your bungalow Easy access to Venice by public bus, just 15 minutes. It is not luxurious but has everything you need for a happy stay.

Location is perfect. So close to bus stop and very easy to go to old city. Also Barbara helps you to get the bus tickets :) You can park your car in the parking space and there is a gas station next to the hotel. Lidl is acroos the road. Rooms are a little bit small but you do not need to spend your time in the room because there is a lovley garden to rest . Barbara gives you all the info you need about your stay and very helpful and friendly.

Lovely friendly welcome. Accommodation has been refurbished to very high standard. Bedroom was beautiful as was ensuite. Immaculately clean throughout. Excellent location for purchasing transport tickets and then 2 minutes walk to bus stop! Breakfast was excellent and owner was very helpful and informative. Superb pizza restaurant about 10mins walk away. Highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

The room was super clean The lady who kept the contact was super nice to us, and easy to talk to and responsive. The place was really close to the bus stop, which took us to Venice (30 mins from door to venice). There was a really good pizza place nearby too and the area seemed safe as well. We went to a nearby park in the morning for a coffee, it was close on foot as well.

    Perfect location if you are going to take a ferry as part of your travels. Excellent breakfast,friendly staff with great recommendation for evening dinner. Underground parking which is great if youhave a car full of personal belongings. Great information for getting into the centre of VENICE. Bus stop close by.

    Great location - you can easily reach Venice using the waterbus 16. The rooms in Camping Fusina are clean, the staff is amazing and the location also has a restaurant and a shop. The location is quiet, there are a lot of parking lots.

    Glad we had underground parking. As we stayed there a big hailstorm came and made some serious damage to the cars parked outside. The room was ok. Overall a good stay for the price. Great positioning, the bus station for Venezia was literally in front of the hotel.
