it is a fantastic location with very friendly staff. you really feel welcome there. the people in the restaurant are helpful. the garden looks very well cared for, and the people are very friendly and always greet you. the swimming pool is kept well clean. the cleaning of the cottages is great, Sjeerla is very friendly, the person who maintained our cottage. In short, a stay you will never forget and highly recommended.

The staff was very helping, both when we arrived Munroe Island late at night, but also when we wanted to go for activities during the day. They were available on the phone throughout the whole day, and answered all the questions we had. We even got to borrow their scooter, to discover other villages nearby! The power went out during the day, and they changed our rooms to a new one with power, without us even asking. Very good service, and friendly people:)

Our stay at Mundro Garden Homestay was amazing. Deepa and her family were so welcoming and kind. We were always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The room was very comfortable and clean and was located in a nice quiet, private corner of the garden. The table and chairs outside offered a great space to relax and eat meals. The homestay offers bicycle rental at a very reasonable 200 rupees per day. The food prepared every day was amazing! Everything we ate was delicious, and we enjoyed trying all of the local Keralan dishes that Deepa and her family made. You must also take the boat tour, it really showcases the beauty of the island. Overall, we absolutely love this homestay and will definitely return if we come back to Kerala!

Very good staff and manager! Very helpfull. Clean beach (always) and clean very comfortable rooms. I can reccomend it! Place very good for people who looks very good quality. The best place in Varkala (about 20 mins from shops in Varkala Cliff).

I stayed here on two occasions recently. The bedrooms were excellent, very spacious, both had balconies, air-conditioning. All the comforts necessary in fact. Very courteous, pleasant and friendly staff.

Uni and his families were amazing guest, always kind and friendly and ready to give advices, tell good anecdotes and give delicious food and marvellous tour.
