We had such a wonderful and unexpected experience at Stokel Cottage in Praya, Lombok. After getting completely soaked on our waterfall tour, we spontaneously booked a night here — and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, Toni (the owner) made us feel incredibly welcome. His hospitality is truly unmatched. He not only helped us settle in quickly, but even lent us dry clothes so we could warm up and relax properly. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and so appreciated. The room was spotless — incredibly clean and cozy. You can tell they really care about maintaining a high standard. And as if that wasn’t enough, Toni also cooked us a delicious dinner that evening, even though it was quite late. It was one of the best meals we had in Lombok! Thank you so much for everything, Toni. Your kindness, generosity, and great cooking made our short stay unforgettable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

I took such unforgettable trip during the Russell's house!It's pity that i cannot stay more longer because of schule. Russell gave us the best suggestions about sruftime and treval around.He can work out everything we need!I love his story and attitude towards life! Looking for an idyllic, authentic Indonesian experience? This is the place for you.. the home stay comprised of two bedrooms ( on ground floor) and upper roofed dining/relaxation) terrace. We had our delicious home cooked meals ( dinner and breakfast) at the upper floor .. weather this time of the year is cool and refreshing in the mornings n nights … there’s no need for Aircon or fan! May I stressed that the food while simple( using lreadily available local ingredients such as soya bean( think bean curd, tempeh) , vegetables, corn, spices) is very delicious, it was really cool to know that the rice we ate is from owner’s rice field! We also spent lazy evenings at the porch enjoying the little garden of birds of paradise and rose and shrubbery. The entrance to the park with waterfalls is just a couple of minutes of walk away. There are eateries just after the entrance for afternoon bites.. on top of clean rooms, great location n food, we got a great host, who took time to chat with us. This is not a negative, at this price , one can’t demand much, I did suggest that it will be great to have option to pay for hot water for shower ..nonetheless, with or without the hot water , there’s a high chance I will return to this very lovely home stay

Lovely design, the houses are beautiful and clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The people working there are super nice. I basically chose this because it's so pretty and affordable, including breakfast and very close to the airport. I arrived in the late evening and wanted to sleep somewhere close by. Outside bathroom is also very stylish.

    The room was big and comfortable with a lot of additional equipment, hygiene items, coffee, air conditioning, wifi... The room with a bathroom is in its own nice wooden house. Parking is no problem. Our guide was very friendly and helpful, he showed us local attractions and told us a lot of interesting information. The breakfast is excellent. The view is very nice on the rice fields. The accommodation is set back from the main road so it is quiet and private.
